Our program would not exist without our wonderful volunteers! We are a team of parents, siblings, friends and members of the community dedicating our time and talents to improving the volleyball experience for each child. 
Positions are open for the Spring Season!

Beginner Clinic Assistant

Our beginner clinic is the perfect opportunity for parents and family members to get involved! No prior volleyball experience is necessary. All clinics will be led by well-trained volleyball coaches and athletes. Your role will be to help facilitate the drills introduced by the lead coach/athlete.

Commitment:

One night/week for 8 weeks

​

Background screening is required.

 BYC TEAMS League

Head / Assistant Coach

Coaching your child can be one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences you may have as a parent. As a BYC coach, experience is preferred but not required - we'll be there to support you and offer guidance every step of the way. Learn more about coaching at BYC.

Commitment:

Two nights/week for 8 weeks + communication with team

​

Background screening is required.

BYC TEAMS League

Line Judge

Want to get involved in your child's game, but don't have the time to be a coach? Are you a high school student looking for an easy way to earn Community Volunteer hours? Be a line judge! Parents, family members and high school students are encouraged to sign up for one (or more) games during the season. It's easy to do (instruction will be given before the game) and you'll have the best seat in the house!

Commitment:

Varies - volunteer for one, or more games during the season!

​

Background screening is NOT required.

High School Scrimmages Team Lead

The High School Scrimmages program gives high school age kids the opportunity to play competitively or get more playing time in addition to their club season. The Team Leader will be assigned their players at the start of each night. They will represent BYC and act as a coach to align players to positions, call time outs and provide encouragement and support for the players during the game.

One night/week for 8 weeks
